Step 1 : “Getting to know each other” Phase
We will do an in-depth dive review of your existing marketing, and sales funnel activities – including lead collection and qualification, marketing automation processes, reporting, and marketing-to-sales handoffs.
Based on the information we collect in the audit, we will begin to collaborate with your team to construct a marketing and sales alignment plan – including ideal customer profile definitions, lead qualification matrix, lifecycle stage definitions, and handoff processes will be defined.
Once the implementation plan is approved, we will begin its execution. All implementation deliverables will now be completed. At the end of this process, your HubSpot portal will be configured to support your marketing efforts and enable you to grow better through marketing and sales alignment.
